What is Forgiveness Therapy?
Forgiveness, in a nutshell, is essentially letting go. Holding on to grudges limits the possibilities for the future. Letting go of the past opens up the future.
In life we all encounter situations where people hurt us, whether emotionally, physically or in other ways. Common responses to such experiences are feelings of anger, resentment, bitterness and a desire to seek revenge in order to regain a sense of well-being. These feelings don't only affect our emotions they affect our physical bodies as well (read more).
Forgiveness Therapy is aimed at helping people who have been wronged - or are being wronged - to release themselves from the burdens of the negative emotions enabling them to move forward in life in a healthy way. We understand that this can be a difficult and sometimes painful process so our goal is to walk alongside our clients through the various steps of forgiveness, utilising tools we have developed to make the process manageable for them.
We use industry recognised assessments at the beginning and the end of the programme, so our clients are able to see evidence of their emotional and physiological improvements (see below). You can read some of our client's recent testimonials.
Forgiveness Therapy was trialed in conjunction with a local Doctor's surgery and other in-town agencies.
See below for the statistics of our first 13 clients.

Who Developed Forgiveness Therapy?
Forgiveness Therapy was developed by Lindy Strong.
Lindy StrongLindy is a Potential Maximising Consultant. She has 15 years experience using holistic tools, therapies and techniques that she has developed to help people unlock their latent potential, enabling them to dream higher, see wider and work bigger. Every one of us carries within us some impact of our past. That impact will have an effect on how we fulfil our potential. Lindy works with clients to enable them to recognise the mind-sets of limitation they have subscribed to as a result of past failures, which are governing current abilities to strategise. In helping them unlock these things, they are empowered to reach their full potential.
